Paradigm Healthcare was founded in 2015 by Doctor Joshua Mintz, Paradigm was born out of a vision to streamline and prioritize patient care.
Dr. Mintz has over 20 years of experience in family medicine as well as long-term and acute care. He is passionate about putting patients first.
Paradigm Healthcare provides high-quality medical care for both short-term and long-term patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Pioneer Valley, the Berkshires, and parts of Worcester County.
We are dedicated to providing a compassionate, personable and supportive experience to both patients and their families.
Our team of doctors, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners will treat your existing conditions, as well as work to improve your quality of life.
Paradigm's administrative team is based in Leeds, Massachusetts and works behind the scenes to help your healthcare run smoothly.
